Support
Most questions are one of these. For anything else, use the contact form and include the repository and a link to the pull request or issue.
A pull request was not reviewed
| If | Then |
|---|---|
| It is a draft | It is reviewed when marked ready. |
| The author is not an owner, member or collaborator | A maintainer asks for the review. This stops strangers from spending your allowance. |
| You pushed new commits | A pull request is reviewed once, when it opens. Ask again for a fresh review. |
| Review is off in the config | Check .github/truecount.yml on your default branch. |
| Only lockfiles or generated files changed | There was nothing to review. |
| The config file has an error | Truecount posts a note on the pull request saying what is wrong. |
| The repository is private on the free plan | The free plan covers public repositories. |
Ask for a review
Comment /truecount review on the pull request, or add the truecount-review label. Either reviews the current commit. Only owners, members and collaborators can ask.
Configuration
# .github/truecount.yml
review:
enabled: true # default
guidelines: .github/review-guidelines.md # the standard reviews use
ignore:
- "docs/generated/**" # never reviewed
Read from your default branch, never from the pull request. Lockfiles, minified files, build output and vendored code are skipped by default, and every skipped file is listed at the bottom of the review.
